I'm about halfway through the first episode, and so far it's very interesting. I was a big fan of "Band of Brothers" so I have high hopes for "The Pacific."

This series is going to be amazing! It builds over time and you really get to know the characters and feel the emotion and intensity of the Operations. It's unbelievable to see what our Marines went through.

It was filmed in Australia - and I believe it was a total of 7 years, including script development, filming. We have a great interview with the co-creator and writer, Bruce C. McKenna, where he answers many of these questions. We will release part two of that interview this week.
