Filmmaker Greg Barker is a well-respected documentarian and known for his work with PBS's Frontline. Over the past decade he has written, directed, and produced five segments for Frontline including Ghosts of Rwanda (2004), from which he won the DuPont-Columbia Silver Baton, the Sidney Hillman Award, a Banff Television Festival Award and a Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award, and The Age of Aids (2006) from which he again received the DuPont-Columbia Silver Baton. Barker's most recent project, Sergio (2009), which he directed and produced, is a documentary about the life and work of United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Sergio Vieira de Mello, who was killed in 2003.
