Doug Pray is a documentary film director, cinematographer, and editor who explores subcultures in his films. His career started with his first feature “Hype!,” which is focused on the Seattle grunge scene in the early 90s. He branched out to explore other topics including DJ culture in his 2001 film “Scratch” and graffiti culture in his film “Infamy.” His filmography also includes the features: “Red Diaper Baby,” “Big Rig” and “Surfwise.” His most recent film, “Art and Copy” premiered at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival.
