Richard Curtis is an Oscar nominated English screenwriter, music producer, actor, and film director. He is most well known for his romantic comedies, such as “Four Weddings and a Funeral,” the Renee Zellweger starrer “Bridget Jones’s Diary,” “Notting Hill,” with Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant and “Love Actually,” as well as the hit British sitcoms Blackadder, Mr. Bean, and The Vicar of Dibley. Curtis most recently wrote and directed the film “Pirate Radio,” which starred Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Rhys Ifans.
