Comedic actor Danny McBride broke into the entertainment industry when Will Farrell saw him in the cult hit “The Foot Fist Way.” He followed this performance with a role in the Farrelly Brothers' comedy “The Heartbreak Kid,” and the Judd Apatow-produced, David Gordon Green-directed action comedy “Pineapple Express,” which also starred Seth Rogen and James Franco. His role in the 2009 mall comedy “Observe and Report” re-teamed McBride with Rogen and director Hill. In 2009, McBride also added television to his résumé, starring as a washed-up ex-baseball player in the HBO sitcom “Eastbound & Down,” which he also executive produced. He also appeared on-screen in the films “Land of the Lost” and “Up in the Air.” His next film is with director Green once again and is a fantasy-comedy called “Your Highness.”
