Dan Eckman is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts. He directed, edited and oversaw the post-production on his first feature length film “Mystery Team.” The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2009. Before making “Mystery Team,” he was the Video Production Director for the Blue Man Group. His work was seen on the 57th Primetime Emmy Awards and the 2005 Billboard Music Awards, along with other programs. His NYU undergraduate thesis film, “Checkout” also won several awards, including Best College Short at the 2006 HBO US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen.
