Peter Chiarelli started as an assistant and worked his way up to becoming a studio executive but has since left to become a screenwriter and producer for film. His production credits include The Band (1999), Terry Tate: Office Linebacker (2002), Mysteries of Pittsburgh (2008), Eagle Eye (2008), and The Other End of the Line (2008). Chiarelli's writing credits include The Proposal (2009).
